When I qualified as a personal trainer my mission was clear right from the start; to be able to offer affordable services to people just like me and make it easy and fun to gain quick results.

Having spent many years exercising, never seeing results for my hard work and effort, one of my biggest frustrations came down to not being able to afford a personal trainer for support and guidance.

I desperately wanted to understand what exercise was going to get me results, was quick and effective, how to put it into action and also enjoy it rather than it feeling like a chore every week.I knew the only way for me to do this was to become a Personal Trainer myself.

Over the past 6 years I have trained many clients out of the same habits that I once found myself in, helping clients finally achieve results in less time than they thought possible.

I do this by teaching clients effective exercise which allows them to have their freedom back, still working towards gaining strength every single week without having to spend hours exercising.

When covid hit I found myself in a tricky situation, fully booked and having to turn clients away. I didn't have enough hours in the day to help people who were reaching out.
I needed to do something. And quick.
So this is where Group Personal Training was born in Woodend.

It all began in 2021 on Monday evenings and Saturday morning's with sessions outdoors with very limited equipment, and I am proud to see what group training has become today.
I love and am proud to be able to serve the local community with health and fitness.Group Personal training sessions allow me to support more clients on a bigger scale, and effectively getting them results in less time than they thought possible.
